Information you provide
When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested service and project details. If you send photographs, videos or other attachments by email, those may also contain information about you or your property. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry; do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification or other sensitive information through the estimate form.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate your project, prepare estimates, coordinate visits and services, and maintain related business records. Information may also be used to resolve questions or disputes, protect our website and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an estimate request does not sign you up for an email newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing messages.
Website and communication providers
Our estimate form uses Formspree to process submissions and deliver them to us by email. Formspree may process submission information and technical details for delivery, security and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
The live website is hosted through Hostinger, and messages sent to our Gmail address are handled by Google’s email services. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud or respond to a security issue.
Technical information and cookies
Website and form-service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, access times and security logs. The current website does not include an advertising pixel or a dedicated visitor-analytics integration. Provider-operated security or service features may use cookies or similar technologies. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies; blocking certain features may affect functionality.

Retention and security
Inquiry and project records may be retained for customer communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, legal requirements and dispute resolution. The appropriate period depends on the record and those needs; provider retention rules may also apply. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages or photographs.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to use the form and contact us by phone instead. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you provided by emailing BenitezLandscapes@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Any rights and response requirements provided by applicable law remain in effect.
