Project changes and professional discretion
Project plans, work methods, scheduling and proposed materials are subject to adjustment at Benitez Landscaping’s reasonable discretion when weather, safety, site conditions, material availability or other practical circumstances require a change.
We will communicate material changes to the agreed scope, price or specifications and obtain the customer’s agreement before proceeding with those changes, except where the existing written agreement or applicable law authorizes otherwise. Work may be paused when conditions are unsafe. This provision does not allow us to disregard an agreed contract or remove rights provided by law.

Please provide accurate contact and project information and tell us about relevant access restrictions, known hazards and property limitations. Permissions, access arrangements and each party’s responsibilities should be confirmed in the project agreement before work begins.
Landscape guidance and results
